Basic First Aid for the Community and Workplace

This class is taught using the American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) program standards. Its for individuals who require basic first aid knowledge and skills with a focus on adults, children or both, including emergency response team in business and industry, school bus drivers, adult residential care personnel, child care workers, teachers, parents and babysitters.

Required Texbook: ASHI Basic First Aid for the Community and Workplace Student Handbook (one per participant).

• Renewal Instruction Time:      2-2.5 hours
